CLASSES

PILATES

Mat Pilates/Cardio Combo

55-minute combination of mat Pilates, cardio intervals, and sometimes even a little barre and yoga. We implement light weights and props such as Pilates circles and resistance bands to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle. This class is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized, confident, and ready to book your next session! The class routine changes regularly to keep you challenged and engaged. Perfect for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, but suitable for beginners as we will give modifications for anything that might be too advanced for some participants.

Beginner Mat Pilates/Low Impact Cardio

The class structure is very similar to the standard Pilates class - just modified for beginners! We will focus on building up your strength and endurance so you can take it to the next level. All cardio moves will be low impact. Perfect for beginners or those who may need to stick with a low-impact workout. Suitable for participants of all fitness levels.

Level 1 Reformer Pilates

Level 1 Reformer is the perfect entry into reformer classes for all fitness levels. The instructor will walk participants through the mechanisms of the reformer and basic terminology for a clear understanding of how the Pilates reformer works at the beginning of class. The class flows at a slower pace focusing on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and basic reformer exercises that participants will carry forward into more advanced classes. 45-minute class.

Level 2 Reformer Pilates

Level 2 Reformer features the basic Pilates exercises plus their progressions, as well as intermediate exercises. Modifications will be provided as needed. This class will flow through creative sequences that target all areas of your body, with an emphasis on building a strong core. Feedback from the springs will encourage deeper muscle engagement and bring awareness to the mechanics of your body. You will finish feeling strong, stretched, and connected! We recommend that participants attend the beginner reformer class prior to attending this class if they have not regularly attended our mat Pilates classes. 50-minute class.

Restorative Reformer

Restorative Reformer is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Participants will flow through a slow and steady stretch + strength reformer routine focused on increasing joint mobility and flexibility. All exercises will be beginner-level and easily modified for maximum comfort and stability. No previous experience is required - but this class pairs perfectly with our Low Impact Stretch+Strength mat class! 45-minute class.

Low Impact Stretch/Strength

A 30-minute class that will creatively focus on strength and flexibility. We will take it slow with basic warm-ups, stretches, and the use of light weights/resistance bands to improve bone density and muscle strength. Perfect for beginners of ALL ages!

What to Wear?

Form-fitting clothing is ideal such as leggings and athletic wear. You are more than welcome to wear tennis shoes to the mat Pilates+Cardio classes since the cardio intervals do include some high-intensity exercises. If you are not used to working out on a hard floor barefoot you may want to bring your shoes with you just in case you need a little cushion! Some participants opt for grip/yoga socks or just go barefoot - totally your preference! In the reformer classes, grip/yoga socks are required for safety since shoes are not allowed on the reformers.

What to Bring?

Water and a towel are all you need - we provide the rest! If you prefer to use your own mat feel free, but mats are available for every participant.

SPIN

You control the resistance and the speed with a little help from your instructor. This is a dance party on the bike, and a full body workout at the same time. The Rhythm Ride is ideal for medium to high fitness levels but also can have a little something for everybody. Rhythm Riding will consist of intervals, sprints, climbs, runs, push up, tap backs, and more!

Beginners Spin

If you are new to spin, this is the class for you!  This class takes the first 15 minutes going over the bike, how to adjust the handlebars and seat, and clipping into the pedals. The last 30 minutes of class are light riding and coaching.  We will go over some choreography, get that heart rate up, and will leave you ready to schedule your next ride. This is a great class to direct you on the right path to becoming an indoor cyclist!
